Responsive does not put rel=”author” links in the post byline but it does add an author box to the bottom of each post with the rel=”author” link.
Responsive already shows the author details on the author page so you just want AuthorSure to add the profile links beneath the bio.

Author Post Settings: BylineWatch Cyberbully (2015) Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download
Author Page Settings: Maybe use bio=extended or bio=none rather than repeat the author box
Advanced Settings: use default settings
