Graphene does not put rel=”author” links in the post byline so you need to get AuthorSure to add the links. Graphene does show author details on the author page so you just want AuthorSure to add the profile links beneath the bio. To insert them in the correct place requires the use of one of Graphene’s hooks.
This AuthorSure settings for Graphene are:
Author Post Settings: FootNote or AuthorBox
Author Page Settings: hide title, bio = none, show icons only, hide post list heading
Advanced Settings: Set Hook = graphene_author_desc
